Shipping

Shipping Times:

Most orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of payment. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.


Opened Products:

Due to the medical nature of our products, opened packages cannot be returned.


Unused and Unopened Products:

You may return any unused and unopened product within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Refund will be for the price of the product and will not include any shipping and handling charges paid at time of purchase. Customer is responsible for sending the product back to us for a refund. Defective Products:
Any LifeSil™ product determined to be defective within 14 days of receipt of the product will be replaced free of charge.


To Return a Product:

Refund eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected. Customer returns will be processed within five business days of receipt of product.

  • Contact us via email at support@lifesil.com or call us +1 (954) 532-6756 and provide us with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Once we receive your request, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the correct address to ship the product to.
  • Please write the RA# on the outside of the package you return to us. We recommend using U.S. Postal Service Certified Mail. We are not responsible for returned packages that may be lost in transit. Customer is responsible for return shipment charges.

Products returned without an RA# WILL NOT receive a refund.
